y'know, I've been here for a week, and I'm just now updating. :\

Slight checklist update. I've managed to invent another new mark-- the O, signifying something that I direly screwed up.

I thought I'd had everything handled for the SATs. And so I nearly did. But guess what?

I missed them.

Who misses the SATs!? It just doesn't happen! >____<

But somehow, I managed to. How? I memorized the wrong date. It couldn't have been the day BEFORE the real date that I memorized, but no, It had to be the day AFTER. I still have no idea how I managed to do that. But yeah. Most important test I'll ever take, and I screwed it up.

Also, I finished Hamlet. Dammit, that play has turned me into a Shakespeare geek. We also watched the Simpsons parody of Hamlet in class. My favorite part: "Oh, great, now Hamlet's acting crazy. Well, NOBODY out-crazies Ophelia! Hey nonny-nonny with the hoo and the hah and the nonny-nonny heeey!" *splash* (source)
XD muwahaha. But seriously, the play's actually pretty good. Shakespeare is not nearly as hard to understand as a lot of people think he is. Especially when he's annotated. X3

Third. If you haven't been able to tell, despite the music selections I've had for the last few entries, Michael and Beth have gotten me addicted to dot hack. I've finished volume one, so now I'm scrambling to get the one remaining unlockable movie before moving on to volume two. And btw, I officially disown anybody who plays it with English voiceovers.

Fourth. I am now the proud owner of the Hitchhiker's Guide DVD. >DDDD

Fifth. I finally watched Star Wars ep. III. Methinks it's the best of the series.

Sixth. I need to get back to my homework now. >o< buh, Matt hates homework.

I think everyone hates homework......

Ya know, you can unlock stuff from the previous disk on the next one.

I'll bring game two on Monday.

At next party you bring.

Fifth. I finally watched Star Wars ep. III. Methinks it's the best of the series.

I've only been saying that since the day it came out.

With regards to the SATs, I think you might have been a little too stressed over them...

Hamlet... Everyone is insane in Hamlet. Almost every insane person also dies in Hamlet. Shakespeare likes to clean himself up. XD
Got to love Shakespeare.

Actually, that was a direct quote from the Simpsons parody of Hamlet, where Lisa plays Ophelia. ^^;;

But yeah. I have a strong suspicion that the only reason Horatio's still alive at the end is because he's not important enough to die. I mean, really, does he do anything? Besides tell Hamlet about the ghost?

But we watched the Kenneth Branagh version of Hamlet in AP Lit, so we got to see Osric die, lol.

Ha.

The SATs aren't that important. Colleges don't look at them so heavily now. Think of it this way: You have more time to study for the Spring SATs. Do you know why they call it the SAT? Because, on the day you missed, hundreds of students SAT ON THEIR ASSES for three hours. Do you know how PAINFUL those chairs are after THREE HOURS? Also, I have Shakespeare up the dark and scary place in my bookshelf. If you need any, let me know.
